As a Disabled People&#8217;s Organisation,&nbsp;<strong>led by and for Disabled people<\/strong>, we want to make sure it reflects\u202f<em>your<\/em>\u202finsight,&nbsp;experience&nbsp;and ambition for the organisation. Our current goals were created in&nbsp;a very different&nbsp;political and social&nbsp;climate.
